What's with Buxfer's so-called support?

    Support is usually very good, but at times can be slow.  I guess depends on the issue.

    Most of the time sync problems do have to be reported to Yodlee, and then we wait for the outcomes there.

    One of my banks regularily has sync issues, and uysually takes a month to fix,  I suspect my bank keeps bloking yodlees IP addresses

    That may be so with your bank, but my financial institution reports a successful login and sync.  The account(s) worked perfectly for a year and now refuse to update. Only deleting the accounts completely and re-doing all of the tagging will make them work again. The problem is on Buxfer's end for sure but I can't find out why because they have such POOR support! I have asked them to look at their logs and see why the sync is failing... Buxfer's response? Crickets!!! 21 days and counting... and my accounts haven't been updated for 84 DAYS!

    The fact that no Buxfer representative has commented on this post that has been up for 4 days now also speaks volumes...
