Raised an issue with support TWENTY days ago and still no meaningful response! I am having trouble syncing some accounts that I have spent many hours refining and now they won't sync all of a sudden, even though the financial institution's logs indicate a successful login from Yodlee. The only response support gives me is the same lame reply that they have raised the issue with their 'sync provider' and it will be resolved as soon as possible. How can I reach an actual human at this vaporous company?
