Is community and support dead?

    Hi, the community is meant for users to interact and support each other. Our company customer service agents can be reached via email ( or via live chat or by logging into your Buxfer account. We are very responsive over those channels.

    The community is not very active, that's largely because it's not publicly linked off our website. We are working on improving upon that.

    I just discovered Buxfer a couple days ago and I was so excited to try it out. I slowly started falling in love with it and began considering cancelling YNAB. Buxfer has so much potential. Now I'm not so sure.
